​This project was intended to reshape certain areas of the capital of São Tomé's island, consisting of qualified housing that integrated the local culture, with large open spaces extending out-doors.

At the same time, we intended to offer qualified public spaces, which the city lacks, since the exterior life is a very important part of their social and daily life.
