The area of Marvila was once the pick of industrial activity in Lisbon. Nowadays, it rests almost in ruins, with little activity and connections to the city center.  We aimed to design something that could attract the younger part of the population, designing small houses that could serve in one level to their own starting businesses. As well as a multifunctional building that could serve them as well as the rest of the population of Marvila, in order to revitalize the area.
