The area of Restelo is well consolidated, except for the terrain we were handed. We were given the opportunity to create a cultural center, as well as small studios, in an area mostly formed of housing.

Surrounded by large open public spaces, my particular building consisted of a public library that could serve as a cultural center to students living and studying in the area.
